On February 13, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 14th edition of Aero India 2023 at the Air Force Station in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. This year’s event, themed “The Runway to a Billion Opportunities,” will feature the participation of over 80 countries and 800 defense companies, including 100 foreign and 700 Indian companies and is scheduled from February 13 to February 17, with the starting three days i.e from 13-15 only for businesses and the last two days, On February 13, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 14th edition of Aero India 2023 at the Air Force Station in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.i.e 16-17 for public witness.
The event aligns with the Prime Minister’s vision of “Make in India, Make for the World” and will emphasize showcasing indigenous equipment and technologies, as well as forming partnerships with foreign companies.

The initiative aims to make India a global manufacturing hub by transforming the country into a competitive and attractive destination for investment in the manufacturing sector. “
The Prime Minister declared that Aero India 2023 exemplifies India’s expanding capabilities and the presence of over 100 nations at the event reflects the trust the entire world has in India. He acknowledged the participation of more than 700 exhibitors, including Indian MSMEs and startups, as well as well-renowned companies from around the world.
The Indian Air Force Chief, Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari, commanded the Gurukul formation during the flypast at the inaugural ceremony of the Aero India 2023 air show.
